For more than 160 years the global shipping organisation based in Genoa, Fratelli Cosulich has been trading in shipping, from bunkering to logistics, from catering to business travel, from personnel recruitment to insurance.
Our starting point in the Fratelli Cosulich project, launched in 2018, was the analysis and mapping of the online presence of the entire group – social and websites – consisting of over 80 affiliate businesses and just as many partners. Following the initial check and setup, we undertook a path of radical digital transformation, with Web Marketing & Sales as the focus, by creating a strategy comprehensive of the group and the single business units, punctuated by specialised training and performance oriented vertical projects.
Among the many activities carried out together, the growth stands out of the Manning division, which saw the first tangible results of our web strategy, even in the COVID-19 era. A web search (created through SEO work) was followed by an online business meeting (this confirmed the ” good digital presence ” demonstrated on the BU website and LinkedIn page) which led to the signing of an important contract in terms of turnover.
