The University Campus “Marconi” of La Spezia gave TWOW the challenge of increasing course registration in a difficult year which already foresaw a decrease of activity at a national level. When the project started in June 2020, there had been no history of online communication or advertising. We, therefore, started from developing the campaign concept and by producing the corporate video, the core of every activity. Subsequently, our client’s complete trust in us allowed us to experiment: with the advertising strategy, developing TikTok as a positioning channel – perfectly in target – and installing a chatbot to support the administration with providing course-related information and answering students’ most frequently asked questions.
