From a Lead Generation and performance-oriented perspective, for the 2021 season we worked in parallel both on the business, with targeted Brand Awareness activities, and on the individual structures located in very different territories, each with its own specificities: Tuscany, the Island of Elba, Emilia-Romagna and Lake Garda. We started with a Charme Vacations video campaign that highlighted the overall values, which was distributed on YouTube and Facebook. Then, we followed a coordinated advertising strategy and tactical actions and, to maximize the overall investment, it was essential to work hard to reorganize advertising accounts and tracking. From this solid foundation, we started to work even more in-depth on the performance of the individual campsites, setting up an adv strategy tailored to the commercial needs, the pluses, the reference markets and the targets of each of the destinations. The constant updating with each reality has allowed us to manage the campaigns in a flow with a continuous improvement in performance and reduction of the CPL.
